As with any sport, to become a true champion in Motorsport you must master the human side, you must perform under pressure, have a strong development system in place and consistently deliver whilst dealing with the politics and outside issues that arise.

In some ways the driving is the easy part, the real difference comes with your mental skills and work ethic. If these are in place and always being improved, then you have the chance to create something special and to attract the investment you need to race long term.
